Being an Instructor - Social Work provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Social Work typically reports to a department head. JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Program Director, Department of Social Work, faculty receive a contract or letter of appointment with a primary responsibility in teaching. Faculty members assess, plan, implement, and evaluate instruction for students in field and classroom settings in coordination with established course and program objectives.
