Salary and Benefits

• The hourly rate offered is $20.70 - $35.53 based on experience.
• Health Insurance – Employer covers 95% of employee premium.

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Average 6-8 patients per day
• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide therapy services to our patients.
• Appropriate clinical documentation in a timely manner – Smartcave Streamline EMR
• Outpatient Therapy
• Patients of all ages
• Primary focus on depression, anxiety, and trauma.

Requirements

• Clear and Active License in the State of Illinois
• Master of Social Work (MSW)
• Master Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage and Family.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
