Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research. - Personalized profiles are used for all learners to assist educators in determining appropriate instructional practices and documenting progress and goals.
- All district policies and procedures support high quality differentiated instruction for all learners and use legislation and funding to leverage such work forward.
- Prior experience as a Special Education Assistant or Regular Education Assistant preferred.
- Previous experience working across settings with students that demonstrate challenging behaviors preferred.
- Associates degree or 48 credits at a higher education level preferred.
- Ability to lift and position up to 75 pounds required.

- Bilingual skills are highly valued, but not a requirement of this position.
- Valid WI Department of Public Instruction Special Education Program Aide License, or ability to obtain license upon hire required or;
