Our team is searching for an Electrical and Instrumentation Technician to work at the Greenville, OH site where we focus on producing high quality automotive coatings for the vehicles of today and tomorrow.
As a member of the maintenance team at Greenville you will perform daily responsibilities that include troubleshooting and repair of motors, instrumentation, electrical panels, and automation systems as well as the installation of new conduit, wiring, and electrical equipment. You will execute preventative and predictive maintenance to improve plant performance and reliability and ensure that all shifts are able to execute the operating plan daily, as intended.
• Diagnosing troubleshoot, plan and perform electrical tasks to modify, dismantle, and repair equipment typically found in the chemical industry including pumps, mills, piping systems, and instrumentation.
• Overhauling and rebuilding valves, instrumentation, and other process equipment.
• Performing predictive and preventative maintenance such as inspections and calibrations
• Performing work in the electrical skill area such as running conduit, pulling wire, installing instrumentation, and other electrical devices
• Assisting in the installation and startup of new equipment.
• Have a HS Diploma or GED with 5 years of Industrial Maintenance experience OR have a 2 year Associate degree from a technical school and 3 years of experience in an Industrial Maintenance position as well as SAP experience.
• Are willing to learn and continue your education through our maintenance career ladder
• Are familiar with Electrical Rotating Equipment and Instrumentation
• Have experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts as well as being able to lift up to 50 lbs, carrying up to 25 lbs.
