Instrumentation/Calibration Technician calibrate, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot instrumentation and equipment used in a laboratory or manufacturing plant. Conduct routine testing and preventative maintenance to ensure conformance to established calibration standards. Being an Instrumentation/Calibration Technician experience using calibration software and diagnostic tools. Understanding of standards such as ISO,GMP,QSR. Additionally, Instrumentation/Calibration Technician requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Instrumentation/Calibration Technician gains or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Works under moderate supervision. We are seeking Laborers/Technicians with a positive attitude and commitment to safety to help with all services including, hydro blasting chemical cleaning, vacuum and sewer truck operating, tank cleaning, dewatering.


    Duties

    • Loads hoses, chemicals and other equipment required for assigned job onto truck.
    • Hooks up and breaks down hoses using proper tools, gaskets, and Teflon tape.
    • Cleans up work area and equipment after work is completed.
    • Assists in maintaining a safe, clean workplace at location and customer’s plant.
    • Assist in the inspection of equipment, hoses, connections, pumps, and general work area prior to starting any job.
    • Promotes safety through own actions and work habits.
    • Performs Hazard Recognition Awareness to remove all hazards from the workplace.
    • Complies with all applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the company and customer.
    • Develops a basic working knowledge of all equipment that is utilized in performing assigned duties.
    • Performs all other duties as assigned by supervisor and management personnel.


    Requirements

    • Understand verbal and written instructions.
    • Basic math skill.
    • Basic safety training skills.
    • Perform work in enclosed (confined) space, under close supervision.
    • Pass a medical and drug test.
    • Lift 100 pounds.


    Qualifications:

    Educational: High school diploma or equivalent desired. Must be at least 18 years of age.
