Instrumentation/Calibration Technician calibrate, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot instrumentation and equipment used in a laboratory or manufacturing plant. Conduct routine testing and preventative maintenance to ensure conformance to established calibration standards. Being an Instrumentation/Calibration Technician experience using calibration software and diagnostic tools. Understanding of standards such as ISO,GMP,QSR. Additionally, Instrumentation/Calibration Technician requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Instrumentation/Calibration Technician gains or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Works under moderate supervision. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - NIGHTS
I . General Summary : Support the manufacturing areas with plant focus on minimizing down time, increasing productivity and maintain the overall Toyota Production System as well as company policies / procedures.
II. Essential Job Functions :
A. Support maintenance activities on all production equipment, facilities, and utility systems to provide a reliable production platform.
B. Perform predictive and preventive maintenance in conjunction with production management to ensure operability of all plant production equipment and facilities.
C. Perform general building maintenance
D. Oversee machines in Sewing area, Assembly area and Injection Molding area.
E. Machine up time / downtime management
F. Support Kaizen and other related activities
G. Other duties as assigned
III. Minimum Qualifications / Requirements :
Education :
Experience :
2-5 years experience in robotics tuning, electrical, PLC troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and fabrication.
Personal / Technical Skills :
Language Skills :
English, both written and verbal
Computer / Software :
Basic Microsoft Office applications
IV. Work Environment / Conditions :
Travel : 0-10%
V. Physical Demands :
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to talk, see, and hear. The team member must be capable of walking, sitting, and standing and is occasionally required to lift up to 30 pounds.
