Insulation Worker jobs in Columbia, SC

A local Residential Insulation contractor is seeking a self-motivated Estimator/Project Manager to join our growing team in the Lexington SC area.

Job duties include:

• Attend morning meet-ups to assist in Launching crews for field work.
• Conduct field inspections, take measurements and deliver Estimates on multiple jobsites per day.
• Prospect potential businesses- Custom Builders, Contractors, etc.
• Connect with Incoming Sales Leads; schedule appointments, complete inspections and close deals.
• Manage active projects that are being completed.
• Assist in collecting payments and signed contracts.
• Assist with final inspections of completed work.
• Gather Before and After Pictures of projects.
• Connect with 10 potential customers per day over the phone.
• Attend Networking Events to promote our company.
• Attend Strategy Meetings with Team
• Continue to gain knowledge in Residential Insulation and Crawlspace moisture control products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License

Construction Experience (1year)
