North Central Insulation is a family owned and operated company that started in 1971. Since that time we have continued to grow and expand our business. We are currently looking for individuals who are eager to grow and develop a new trade skill set at our Shelbyville, Kentucky location.

This is an entry level position so there is no experience needed! During your training we start at $19.00 an hour and after training is completed you have the potential to make over $26.00 an hour within the first year with us.

Our insulation installers will work on both new and/or existing residential and/or commercial housing installing fiberglass insulation. The start time for this location is between 6-7 a.m. and end times vary depending on when the job is completed and where the job site location is.You are home every night and guaranteed every Sunday off.

Qualifications for this position are:

• Must be reliable
• Responsible for your own transportation to and from the Shelbyville location 
• Have clean driver’s license as you will be driving a company truck under company insurance from the Shelbyville location to various job site locations
• Must be able to travel but home nightly
• Work at various heights, able to use ladders, able to use scaffolding,and work in enclosed spaces. We will train you on how to properly set up ladders and scaffolding
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Pass a pre employment background check
• Pass pre employment drug screening prior to start date
• Follow all company and safety standards and procedures
