We are based out of the Milwaukee area, reinsulating homes like no one else does! No experience necessary as we will teach you everything to become a professional in our trade. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Work with all types of insulation materials, including USA Premium injection foam, spray polyurethane foam, loose fiberglass, ventilation and other products

· Work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces

· Work outdoors on ladders (up to 28’)

· Ability to climb (including a ladder), bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand daily to perform work.

· Work with hand tools, drills, pumps, and all equipment necessary for installing insulation

· Provide excellent customer service, including keeping interior and exterior of home/business clean during and after installation

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

· Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation and be insurable to drive company vehicles

· Must complete and manage paperwork as needed

· Must have good organizational and communication skills

· Must be able to lift and move 80 lbs.

· Working knowledge of siding, home building, drills, and other tools

· Must be coachable and a team player

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

· Insulation or construction experience desired but not required

· Ability to trouble shoot products and insulation problems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
