Duties/Responsibilities

1.Operations: Removes and installs insulation based on specifications of each job. Follows standard operation procedures with equipment set up and operation. Completes a high-quality job while maintaining efficiency. Has working knowledge of all types of insulation installation (specifically blown-in and batts, and insulation removals) and consistently performs quality checks.

2.Technical: Diagnoses and resolves issues in the field alongside Crew Leader.

3.Customer Service: Communicates professionally with customer. Maintains a professional image and thoroughly cleans job site upon completion of the job.

4.Other: Continuous improvement of customer service, quality, efficiency, and safety. Provides instruction and training to junior team members. Communicates any issues to Crew Leader. Performs other related duties as required.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Experience installing blown-in and/or batt insulation
• Experience installing spray foam insulation and ability to troubleshoot issues that come up in the day-to-day operations of a spray foam rig (preferred)
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Ability to troubleshoot, operate, and maintain equipment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
