Responsibilities:
-Generating new business opportunities through company leads, networking, referrals and calls
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their insurance needs
- Educate clients on different insurance options and coverage plans
- Provide accurate quotes and explain policy details to clients
- Assist clients in completing insurance applications and necessary paperwork
- Follow up with clients to address any questions or concerns they may have
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure the best insurance policies for clients
- Proficiency in sales administration and benefits administration
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows you to serve a diverse client base
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for outside sales activities
