Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This is a great opportunity for individuals who have strong customer skills and and have a strong drive to succeed. Once applicant is hired, that person will be paid BY SALARY only. This is not a commission based income. This position is available in Homer, Alaska and is an on site job, NOT a remote position.

Duties:
- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses - NO COLD CALLING EVER - CLIENTS COME TO US
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Daily interactions with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other insurance professionals to ensure smooth policy issuance and claims processing

Skills:
- Strong computer skills and familiar with some Online processes
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- If the applicant already has Insurance Experience, the Starting wage could be higher than published here.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and multitask with time elements in mind.
