JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide comprehensive support for Insurance Agency products and services.
• Offer immediate, accurate, and friendly support to walk-in customers, addressing policy changes, billing inquiries, and more.
• Analyze coverage and rating information to offer clients the best coverage and premium proposals by researching insurers' underwriting criteria.
• Forge lasting professional relationships with clients, ensuring a premium service experience.
• Adhere to Insurance Agency policies and procedures for processing all new and renewal insurance payments efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional Five Diamond Customer Service in every interaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is essential; applicants with a new license are welcome.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for success.
• Comprehensive understanding of general insurance agency operations, including an agent’s scope of authority.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on relationship-building and customer service excellence.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to integrate smoothly into our dynamic team.
• Decisive and proficient in assessing situations and making informed decisions based on Insurance Agency guidelines.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a knack for performing tasks accurately.
• Capable of multitasking efficiently in a bustling environment.
• Proficient in using computers and contemporary software applications.

REQUIREMENTS:

-High School Diploma

- Valid Michigan Property & Casualty License

-Pass background screen and/or drug screen
