As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, analyzing insurance needs, and selling insurance policies to clients. Responsibilities: - Market and sell insurance policies to potential clients - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients - Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options - Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues - Conduct policy reviews and make necessary adjustments to ensure clients' coverage meets their changing needs - Negotiate policy terms and premiums with insurance carriers on behalf of clients - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and company objectives Experience: - Proven experience in insurance sales or related field - Strong knowledge of insurance products, benefits administration, and underwriting processes - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively explain complex insurance concepts to clients - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desired - Demonstrated ability to analyze client information and provide appropriate coverage recommendations - Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications for insurance quoting, policy management, and client communication We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission, as well as comprehensive benefits packages.
