Job Overview:
We are an established independent insurance agency located in downtown Alvin, Texas. Service and professionalism are stressed. Knowledge of insurance is essential, but marketing knowledge and the ability to establish a rapport with clients are equally important.

Our primary goal is to help clients acquire their insurance more easily and smarter.

Job responsibilities include:

· Be a good team member with a great attitude, outgoing personality, intelligence, motivation, and great work ethics,

· Understand and strive for excellence,

· Provide excellent service to all clients and customers,

· Quoting, selling, and servicing personal and commercial lines insurance products.

· Properly assess the client’s risk exposures and find solutions to address the exposures.

· Learn and use our agency management system and marketing system proficiently,

· Create and maintain accurate records,

· DO NOT COLD CALL.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:

· Current Texas General Lines Property and Casualty Agent’s license,

· Minimum of 2 years of insurance servicing and sales experience.

Other qualities that are valued:

· Independent insurance agency experience,

· Standard market experience,

· Over 5 years of insurance experience,

· Bilingual – English and Spanish

· Current Texas General Lines Life & Health Agent’s license,

· Proven record of exceeding goals,

· Insurance industry designations.

Our salary range is between $37,000 and $60,000 annually. All job offers will be determined by your interview and knowledge of insurance. If you want to make insurance a long-term career, we would like to visit with you.
