We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and have a strong understanding of insurance products.

```Duties```

- Develop and maintain a client base through outside sales activities

- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable policies

- Educate clients on the features and benefits of various insurance products

- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns

- Negotiate insurance terms and premiums on behalf of clients

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and company objectives

```Requirements```

- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the insurance industry

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance

- Ability to effectively negotiate terms and premiums with clients

- Must be licensed and have at least one year experience in P&C Insurance

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

- Experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus

- Excellent analytical skills to assess clients' insurance needs accurately

Pay: $70,882.00 - $84,253.00 per year
