- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation abilities to secure the best coverage for clients
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
