Job Summary:
We need a highly motivated, independent, and passionate Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for marketing and selling insurance policies to clients. Must be able to build strong relationships with clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is ready to break away for a normal hourly job and jump both feet in the insurance world.

Responsibilities:
- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance policies and regulations
- Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients
- Process insurance applications, policy changes, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policies

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales or related field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients
- Experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred
