Responsibilities:

Customer Service Duties:

• Address customer questions about Allstate products and services through inbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
• Follow up with customers about any changes or updates made to their policies.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Sales and Business Development:

• Generate new business for the agency through cold calls, referrals, and in-office visits.
• Conduct cross-selling and work with the agency teams to help reach its sales goals.

Administrative Tasks:

• Manage other administrative tasks that include copying, mailing, managing media, and maintaining the company CRM.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

• 2 Years of customer service experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Property & Casualty License

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technology proficiencies, including using the CRM and implementing new forms for efficiency
• A current knowledge of the insurance industry
• Bilingual - English & Spanish

Pay: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
