The Role You’ll Play to Create Success

We are excited to announce our search for a Temporary Claims Assistant! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by promoting sales and client retention through excellent customer service by providing support to the Workers' Compensation and General Liability claim team.

1. Performs data entry in multiple systems.
2. Enters claims reported into internal claims system.
3. Receives and distributes all electronic and paper mail.
4. Compiles and works with multiple weekly and monthly reports.
5. Sends out Workers' Compensation posting notices/introductory packets for new and renewed insured companies.
6. Creates and updates state mandated provider panels for the five states they are required in.
7. Acts as point person for clients with panel issues.
8. Gathers information requested on Workers' Compensation subpoenas and send to defense attorney.
9. Handles medical provider calls and provide status on bills to medical providers as needed.
10. Answers and responds to phone calls.

The Attributes We Seek

Keys to success in this position include a minimum of one (1) year of clerical and/or administrative experience. A high school diploma or the equivalent, college degree desirable.
