Role Summary

As a Claims Associate, your role is to support the Claims team by managing the initial claims intake, to providing needed updates to all parties throughout the process.

What You Will Do

• Review new claim request from clients and submit to their insurance carriers as requested.  
• Escalate customer service complaints, claims issues, and serious injury and/or large loss property damage claims to the claims advocates and/or manager.
• Secure and update adjuster for submitted claims within 72hrs. 
• Request claim and payment updates from adjuster and then provide information to clients.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree with business focus (earned or in progress)
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Experience with Applied Epic preferred
