Glacier Insurance Company is a fast-growing personal auto insurance carrier based in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania.  

Position Summary 

We are currently looking for an Auto Liability Adjuster to handle first party collision and comprehensive claims as well as third party property damage and bodily injury claims.   This is an inside adjuster position based out of our Blue Bell PA office.   

Essential Job Requirements

• Review and investigate coverage for assigned claims
• Take necessary steps to properly investigate liability, including obtaining statements from parties involved in the accident and reviewing police reports
• Settle material damage claims for vehicles that are repairable as well as total loss vehicles
• Effectively manage outside vendors such as appraisers and other experts
• Review claims for potential fraud red flags
• Respond to incoming mail, emails and phone calls in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service to policyholders and claimants
• Other duties as assigned.  

Qualifications and Education

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• College degree preferred
