Insurance Verification Specialist

Smile Solutions Dentistry is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to fill the position of Insurance Verification Specialist. This individual will be responsible for verifying insurance benefits, eligibility, and coverage. This position will be working in a fast paced environment in a Harrisburg, NC office setting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform insurance verification and eligibility.
• Review and confirm insurance benefits and coverage.
• Perform insurance authorizations.
• Assist with obtaining and maintaining records of insurance authorizations.
• Perform insurance verification, billing, and collection activities.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities performed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
·High School Diploma or GED required.
·Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and be comfortable with the use of computers.
·Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
·Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team.
·Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
