Insurance Verification Specialist is responsible for the pre-verification of insurance for patients being admitted into the hospital for care. Ensures insurance coverage by telephone, resolves any issues with coverage and escalates complicated issues to a supervisor or manager. Being an Insurance Verification Specialist interviews patients and completes all paperwork necessary to ensure the admitting process is efficient and all hospital and regulatory policies are in compliance. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Insurance Verification Specialist typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be an Insurance Verification Specialist typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Aufgrund des anhaltenden Geschäftswachstums und der stetig steigenden Nachfrage an unseren Dienstleistungen suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams vor Ort im Standort München für den Bereich Banknoten (PMG) ab sofort und in Vollzeit einen Mitarbeiter, gerne auch als Quereinsteiger, für die Verifizierung der bei uns zur Bewertung eingereichten Banknoten aus aller Welt. Die Verifizierung ist hierbei eine wichtige Vorstufe des Bewertungsprozesses, durch die es ermöglicht wird, eine eingereichte Banknote eindeutig zu identifizieren.
     
    Ihre Aufgaben als Verifizierer für Banknoten bei PMG: 
    • Identifikation von Banknoten und deren Katalognummern nach Katalogen aus der Fachliteratur
    • Klassifikation der Banknoten nach Typ und Art
    • Eingabe dieser Informationen in unser Computersystem
    • Datenerstellung für neue Banknotenausgaben, die noch nicht in unserem System erfasst sind
    • Unterstützung des Teams im Bereich Banknoten auf Events und Messen
     
    Ihr Profil:
    • Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
    • Grundkenntnisse in Computeranwendungen (MS Office)
    • Reisebereitschaft für geschäftliche Zwecke im In- und Ausland
    • analytisches und strukturelles Denken
    • Selbstständiges Arbeiten, gute Organisation
    • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Lernbereitschaft
    • Hohe Detailgenauigkeit und Sorgfalt im Umgang mit Sammlerstücken
    • Einwandfreier Leumund (Führungszeugnis auf Wunsch)
     
    Kenntnisse über und Vertrautheit mit dem Sammelgebiet Banknoten sowie Kenntnisse im Bereich der Banknotenentwicklung und -herstellung sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich. Für Quereinsteiger kann zur Einarbeitung ein Training vor Ort erfolgen.
     
    Die Vergütung erfolgt in Abhängigkeit der Qualifikationen.

    NGC International GmbH (NGC GmbH) is the Munich-based subsidiary of the Certified Collectibles Group (CCG), headquartered in Sarasota, Florida, and is part of the world's leading company for the independent grading of coins, banknotes/paper money, comic books, stamps and other collectibles.
    Due to ongoing business growth and the ever increasing demand for our services, we are looking for a full-time employee to strengthen our team at the Munich Office location in the field of banknotes (PMG), for the verification of worldwide banknotes. Verification is an important preliminary stage of the banknote grading process, which makes it possible to uniquely identify a banknote that has been submitted.
     
    Your tasks as a banknote verifier at PMG:
    • Identification of banknotes and their catalog numbers according to catalogs from specialist               literature
    • Classification of banknotes by type
    • Entering this information into our computer system
    • Data creation for new banknote issues that are not yet recorded in our system
    • Supporting the banknotes team at events and trade fairs
     
    Your profile:
    • Fluency in written and spoken German and English
    • Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office)
    • Willingness to travel for business purposes at locally and abroad
    • analytical and structural thinking
    • Independent work, good organization
    • Ability to work in a team, flexibility and willingness to learn
    • High attention to detail and care in dealing with collectibles
    • Impeccable Reputation (certificate of good conduct on request)
     
    Knowledge and familiarity with the field of banknote collection and knowledge of banknote development and production is an advantage but not essential. For candidates seeking a career transition, on-site training can be provided.
