Insurance Verification Specialist jobs in Saginaw, MI

Busy urology office looking for a full time employee to join our team. Job duties include but not limited to verifying patients' medical insurances and obtaining referrals/authorizations as needed, scanning documents in patient charts, work well with billing department, call primary care offices for necessary labs or referrals, be familiar with medical records and prepping patient charts, and communicate well with patients.

Answer incoming phone calls and assist / direct calls to appropriate department as well as follow up on return messages.

Urology terminology and Allscripts PM knowledge would be helpful.

Medical Insurance Verification Experience Required.
