Responsibilities:
Answering phones and addressing inquiries in a professional and caring manner
Conducting recruitment activities, including telephone interviews and assessments
Maintaining organized and accurate employee and patient documentation
Coordinating client assessments and care plans
Providing assistance wherever needed within the organization
Qualifications:
General office knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytic skills
Familiarity with manage care approaches to healthcare delivery
Experience with various office software and ability to handle administrative duties efficiently
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Valid CDL, reliable vehicle and auto insurance
Registration with the Home Care Service Bureau(or willingness to obtain)
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience working with elderly, mentally disabled, kid care and individuals with autism.
Current TB or chest-xray test result within 6 months.
