Summary of Essential Functions for the Position :
The Scheduler is responsible for the overall scheduling of all clinical staff for the agency. This position is working with schedules within the electronic medical records system, maintaining work schedules and complying with agency guidelines.
This person ensures proper and accurate documentation is entered in computer software program within the established timeframes 100% of the time.
Must be personable, persuasive, and detail-oriented and have demonstrated success at working in a fast paced and sometime stressful environment.
