Receptionist/Intake Coordinator

Buckeye Home Medical is a Durable Medical Equipment Company seeking an energetic, hard-working, individual for a full time Intake Coordinator position. We have 11 locations across middle Tennessee and Kentucky employing over 150 people across all stores.

We are seeking a full time Receptionist/Intake Coordinator to join our team at our company located in Albany, KY. What we need from you:

• Answer incoming calls from our patients and our referral sources.
• Greet customers coming into the building as needed.
• Verify insurance which includes calling insurance companies to verify coverage for the item receiving.
• Collect and process co-pays as required.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required (some college preferred).
• Data Entry and computer skills are important for entering the correct data into the computer.
• Excellent communication skills and active listening skills are a must in order to provide excellent customer service to our patients.
• Self-starter with time management skills.

Selected applicants must pass a background check, drug screening, provide proof of automobile insurance before joining our team.
