You know that when you receive a text message that a patient needs to be seen that day for an emergency, that it is a real need being served and you are called to fill that need.

You enjoy working with people on the phone and follow up with updating charts on your computer.

Job Responsibilities

• Intake to receive patients from a hospital or doctors office.
• Verify insurance.
• Contact doctors office to report patient care and receive new orders.
• Computer data entry to post notes.
• Review HR files and respond to expired credentials.
• Follow up with clinicians to ensure care is rendered.
• Make home care visits as needed.
• QA plan of care OASIS review and coding.
• Coding for home health agency ICD-10
• OASIS and ICD certified
