Intake Coordinator - Home Care jobs in Lynchburg, VA

We have an opportunity for a Service Coordinator in our Verona office. This full-time position coordinates home care assignments for clients and caregivers, provides scheduling solutions, and develops positive relationships with our clients and caregivers.

A successful candidate will have experience in the home care industry, excellent communication skills, be well organized, and have the ability to work under occasional stressful situations with patience and grace.

Qualifications for this position:

• A heart to serve aging adults in your community
• High school graduate or equivalent
• One year of related business experience (Home Care is helpful)
• Computer skills and proficiency in Word and Excel
• Ability to participate in staff on-call backup rotation
