Job Description: As an Intake Coordinator at Home Instead Quad Cities, you will play a crucial role in connecting with prospective clients and facilitating the intake process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with prospective clients to understand their care needs and preferences.
• Providing information about our services, pricing, and availability.
• Scheduling appointments for assessments and consultations.
• Gathering necessary documentation and information for intake procedures.
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of client records.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless transitions for new clients.

Requirements:

• CNA/CMA Preferred
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in healthcare or home care settings.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Empathy and compassion for individuals in need of care.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
