- Previous experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Familiarity with dementia care and behavior management techniques
- Ability to provide direct support to individuals with varying needs
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to care plans
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
