• Proficient with current office software such as Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.

• Experience in fields handling confidential data and information while working with the public (like higher education or healthcare).
• Experience interpreting, and applying university, state, and federal policies/procedures.
• Outstanding customer service and organizational soft skills.
• Previous experience/knowledge working with Banner, Starfish, or similar systems.
