Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical administrative support and be familiar with various medical office systems.

Responsibilities:

- Manage patient intake process efficiently and accurately
- Coordinate appointments and maintain schedules
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone systems etiquette
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate patient care
- Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records

Skills:

- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist, Medical Receptionist, or in a similar role
- Proficiency in medical office systems and software
- Knowledge of front desk procedures and protocols
- Familiarity with ER or urgent care intake processes is a plus
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
