Additionally, Intake Coordinator - Home Care initiates care with service providers. Utilizes health record management software. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Job Summary:
Clear Path Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to provide quality care to our clients in the Graham, Texas area.
This is an hourly position in the home care field, where the caregiver will work directly with clients in their homes.
The current shift day/times that need filled are:
6am- 2pm, 2pm-10p, &10pm-6am
Compensation & Benefits:
The In-Home Caregiver position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $16 an hour, with weekly pay.

Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and record changes in client's health and report any concerns to management
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, sweeping, moping, dusting, etc
• Escort clients to appointments, errands, and recreational activities
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure quality care is being provided
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
• 1 year previous caregiving experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
