Intake Coordinator jobs in Binghamton, NY

Endless Mountains Health Systems (EMHS) is seeking full time or part time patient intake representatives for our 3:00 - 11:00pm shift. Rotating weekends and Holidays are required. Our intake representatives staff our outpatient clinic check in and check out areas, outpatient registration areas, as well as our Emergency Room reception. We are staffed 24/7/365 in our Emergency Room.

Our patient intake representatives' primary job duties include:

• Switchboard Operations (answering phones and transferring calls as needed)
• Scheduling appointments
• Verification of Patient Demographics
• Verification of Insurance
• Scheduling follow up appointments and/or processing clients for additional services.
• Taking payments

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $12.25 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
