In this position, you will conduct fact finding interviews with prospective clients to determine if the potential case falls within the scope of our practice areas. If you’re outgoing, great on the phone, and take pride in helping people, this is the job for you! Applicant must have an eye for detail and accuracy as well as strong organizational skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Receive and respond to incoming calls from prospective clients;
    • Engage with the prospective client to gather all necessary information;
    • Confer with attorneys at every level of the firm and provide the attorneys with a comprehensive understanding of case fact to evaluate;
    • Respond to inbound marketing lead sources and call potential clients as soon as possible;
    • Input appropriate data into CRM system.

    Pay: $35,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
