The First Tennessee Development District Area Agency on Aging and Disability is accepting applications for a full time Intake Coordinator. Duties include screening, assessing, in-home visits, completing necessary paperwork for contracted programs, and providing outreach and education about long term care options. Experience in nursing assessment and compiling/submitting Pre-Admission Evaluations required. Experience in public speaking, planning and conducting training a plus. Must be proficient in the use of personal computers, One Drive, and Microsoft Office products. Licensed Practical Nurse, Registered Nurse, or Licensed Bachelor Social Work in the State of TN with a minimum of two years' experience in the medical field required. The bi-weekly salary is $1,817.92. The First Tennessee Development District offers paid benefits including major medical, dental, vision and retirement. Paid leave time is also provided.
