Position Overview
The Intake Coordinator at Alleviant Integrated Mental Health will speak directly with patients and their families, determining their needs, medical history, and special requirements pertaining to the patient. The position is responsible for managing telephone inquiries concerning services conducted by Alleviant Health Centers. The Intake Coordinator will screen potential patients and assist them with their questions and concerns. Candidate must be detailed, self-motivated, and have an outgoing personality. Professional communication skills are a must. Previous medical experience is a plus. Your responsibilities as an intake coordinator include gathering patient records, taking medical histories, and obtaining any insurance information from the patient. This position is responsible for performing a variety of social service duties.

Majority of the responsibilities will take place at Alleviant Integrated Mental Health Little Rock.
Facility work hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm; however, individual schedules may vary. Individual responsibilities are mostly limited to providing clients outstanding, satisfactory services.
Additionally, contributing to the corporate culture and activities are expected. The atmosphere is positive, encouraging, and teamwork oriented.
