We have an immediate opening for an Intake & Support Specialist for a local organization in Lynchburg, VA. The Intake & Support Specialist will be responsible for providing a variety of support functions to ensure efficient and effective operations of the organization's programs.

Schedule: M-5 8am-5:30pm

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:

• Greeting all customers and directing them to the appropriate contacts;
• Tracking referrals and following up as necessary;
• Support program staff with tasks in an efficient, timely, and professional manner;
• Manage clerical duties such as data entry and bookkeeping

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous office and data entry experience;
• Familiar with Windows, Microsoft Office and other database systems;
• Ability to organize and prioritize routine and unanticipated job duties;
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing;
• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
