Intake Coordinator jobs in Paramus, NJ

Specialized Therapy Associates, LLC is seeking a full-time intake coordinator. The preferred candidate will have demonstrated strong customer service experience and marketing and sales skills as the position requires a good deal of time on the phone speaking to clients seeking our services but require education, counseling and support to be directed to the best matched services to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the following:

• great phone personality
• proven sales and marketing skills
• ability to listen and be supportive
• willingness to help clients find the right services
• have some sales or marketing experience to support our marketing plans
• ability to work evenings every night but have flexibility to sometimes work the day shift 9-5.
• Independent and reliable

You will work as part of a team. As a good team member you will seek out tasks that help us to achieve organizational objectives. You will assist others in the administrative department and they will assist you in the performance of your job. If you are not team oriented, this is not the job for you.

It is best that you have your own transportation and that your lifestyle allows for flexibility in terms of hours working.

The hours are from 12-8pm

We provide free healthcare services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 42 per week
