Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to join our team. This is a part time position to work alongside our current intake coordinator.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in performing initial screenings on all incoming clients for the purpose of admittance to treatment.
2. Compile client data for yearly reporting; intake dates, demographics, guest book, etc.
3. Schedule, reschedule appointments for intake and general outpatient programs
4. Work with the clinical director/supervisor to determine appropriateness of admittances.
5. Complete all aspects of intaking a client from adminisrative paperwork perspective.
6. Understand the housing grants for client intake and parameters of the grant requirements.
7. Have a working relationship with outside entities to accept referrals and understand their referring protocols.
8. Work alongside current intake coordinator and assist with daily activities as needed.
Requirements:
Job Types: Part-time, Per diem
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
