**Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Intake Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical reception, patient services, and front desk operations.

**Duties:**

- Greet and assist patients as they arrive

- Collect and update patient information in the system

- Schedule appointments and manage the intake process

- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed

- Handle incoming calls and inquiries

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

- Assist with administrative tasks as required

- Maintain total confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA law, CARF accreditation standards, and Maryland State Regulations

- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role

- Familiarity with Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks, Epic, or similar medical software systems

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Knowledge of medical scheduling and administrative support processes

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Experience as a dental receptionist is a plus
