Provides assistance to all patients, families and visitors who present to UAB Medicine Ambulatory Clinics. Ensures that the needs of all patients, families and visitors are met while serving in assigned area. Responsible for greeting and assisting patients and visitors at front and valet entrances of the clinic. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to transporting patients, providing information/direction, and actively looking for opportunities to help people.
Position Requirements:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent required. One year of customer service experience. Excellent communication skills required.
Preferred: Previous experience in a health-related field.
