This position entails detail review of H&P and starts the process of introducing patients to our Home Health & Hospice Agency. Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- LVNs are preferred for this position but RNs will be considered.
- Applicants must be great on the phone and have an excellent customer service approach.
- Must be a team player that communicates effectively and sets a positive tone
- Must be detail oriented and willing to learn the eligibility requirements of Home Health & Hospice
- Microsoft Office experience preferred (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- This position requires basic technology and phone system skills/
