Supervises: Individual contributors in Medical Records, Intake, and Authorizations
POSITION RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Develops and maintains an environment that inspires employee engagement by encouraging teamwork, showing appreciation, and providing support to achieve all stated goals.
- Facilitates routine feedback sessions, one-on-one meetings, and functional training for the development of their team(s)
- Inspires and leads change initiatives to ensure early and complete adoption.
- Demonstrates the ability to pro-actively problem solve when next steps in a situation are unclear.
- Develops, with urgency, an instructional level of expertise in the use a variety of systems, software, and applications.
- Communicates effectively with staff, peers, and across Company teams.
- Uses data to identify performance trends, celebrating wins and coaching staff on opportunities to improve; regularly recommends solutions to senior leadership.
- Tracks and documents individual and team performance
- Possesses exceptional time management and prioritization skills, actively managing the pace, quality, and quantity of workload execution in the department
- Takes steps to identify and resolve conflicts in a timely manager, as they arise.
- Contributes to staffing and workflow decisions.
- Any duties or requests made by authorized leadership.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Intermediate to advanced Excel Skills preferred.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a team leader and/or Supervisor role
- Proven track record of being able to achieve business goals, within deadlines, as an individual contributor and through others
- Demonstrates effective communication and public speaking skills.
- Able to deal professionally with company staff, referral sources (PCP), patients, etc.
- Able to manage through diverse tasks and teams, navigating through multiple systems or environments efficiently and accurately.
- Able to quickly adjusts to pace and volume changes in workflow.
- Available to work evenings and weekends where a business need exists.
