Community Home Health Care is looking for a client care coordinator supervisor. As Coordinator Supervisor, you will be significantly involved in the coordination department's day-to-day activities, as well as responsible for coordinating and supervising a team of coordinators.
Requirements:
- Ability to problem-solve and multitask
- Ability to perform various computer functions for information concerning a patient and aid in scheduling and coordination, assisting with communication between departments and overall office operations
- Proficient in customer service and satisfaction
- Oversee and manage a team of customer service coordinators
- Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their customer service skills
- Monitor and evaluate customer service performance metrics
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to analyze customer data and identify trends
- Excellent customer service skills to provide exceptional support to customers
- Leadership abilities to motivate and inspire a team of customer service representatives
- Negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and reach mutually beneficial solutions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
