• $100,000 - $180,000 first year

Job Summary:
USA Insulation is seeking a motivated, self-starter sales professional in Lexington, KY. As an in-home sales consultant, you will conduct a detailed assessment of the insulation needs of a homeowner. You will provide solutions and pricing, at the time of presentation, and book an installation date while in the home. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of high performance in sales, with excellent communication skills, and a dedication to exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in home appointments generated for you through leads generated by company marketing activities.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals, achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide excellent post-sale support to gain referrals and 5-star reviews.
• Document Key Sales Activities in the CRM and provide regular updates on sales progress.
• Participate in marketing-related activities.

Candidate Requirements:

• A positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing environments is a must.
• Proven success in a sales role.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn and participate in training.
• Willingness to follow guidelines.
