- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring accurate demographic and insurance information is obtained
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with healthcare providers
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Collect and verify patient insurance information
- Assist with medical record management, including scanning, filing, and organizing documents
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have

```Experience```
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a medical office setting
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and fax machines
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Experience with electronic health record systems such as Epic or Eaglesoft is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
