Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Intake Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in medical terminology and administrative support, with a focus on patient service and office management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the intake process for new patients, including gathering necessary information and medical history
- Coordinate patient scheduling and ensure efficient flow through the intake process
- Utilize eClinicalWorks or similar software for patient data entry and record keeping
- Oversee phone systems and respond to patient inquiries in a professional manner
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure accurate and timely intake procedures
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical office setting
- Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of office procedures
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic medical record systems is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to provide top-notch patient service
